The spoon was made from a company called Towle Silversmith out of Newburyport, MA. The pattern is called King Richard and it was made in 1932.
The pendant is about 1 1/2" wide and about 2" tall.
As you can see in photo four, it has the original sterling marking on the inside of the loop.
Solid gold silverware is not a common thing available to purchase, being that we use real vintage sterling flatware, until now we have only been able to offer silver colored jewelry. Now, we have the opportunely to offer Gold Vermiel. Our gold Vermiel jewelry is .925 sterling silver overlay in 18K yellow gold for the perfect antique gold tone. For long lasting results, we recommend removing it when washing your hands, showering, putting on lotion, exercising, and sweating to keep the gold layer intact for as long as possible. Eventually overtime, the Gold may need to be re-plated. No big deal! Our Gold plating process is done in house, we offer your first re-plating service free!
The pendant does not come with a necklace chin.
These pendants are one of a kind, designed and handmade by me.
