This mermaid tail bracelet was made from a S. Kirk & Son Co. sterling silver spoon. The pattern is called "Repoussé" and is from 1828.

The tail itself is 1 1/2" at its widest point as show in photos.
For size these are bangle/cuffs. meaning they can be warn loose or be tighten a bit by slightly squeezing with your hand.
These bracelet are about a size 6.5/7 without adjustment.
You can see the original sterling marking on the inside of the bracelet.
This is a very classy looking bracelet with an extremely detailed bouquet pattern.
