This nautical beauty is a mermaid tail bracelet made from a spoon.
It is a Towle Silversmith sterling silver spoon bracelet. The pattern is called "Grand Duchess" and is from 1973.

This bracelet is a size 8 at its smallest but can be adjusted up in size.
The tail itself is 1 1/2" at its widest point.
