This is a pair of claw stack rings made from sterling silver tongs. The tongs are from Whiting Mfg. Co. The pattern is called "No.1" and is from 1885.
Each ring is 1/2" on the top side, and tapers down to slightly over 1/8" on the palm side of your hand for a comfortable fit. These are separate rings and are not joined as one.
